Kai Orana! I made it back alive from Rarotonga. It was a lot of fun...I need to take vacations more often! The picture is a close-up of a bit of coral I found on one of my beach wanderings- the beach, ocean and sky are all nicely blurred out...I took about 163 pictures and 4 movies. Love my camera...

Ugh. I want to die- so I spent the last few days in San Fran hanging it with some friends and going to GDC parties- it was a lot of fun. Exceeeeept for the little bit were I discovered the guy I was rooming with down in San Fran had just got over this insanely bad super cold/flu.

I fly back friday and by the time I make it to my door I have a fever of 104 and I'm starting to hallucinate (which is _NOT_ fun let me tell you). The kicker in all this? I'm supposed to leave for the Cook Islands tomorrow- if I haven't kicked this cold by then (or at least be on the recovery side) I'm screwed.
